Mark Henry Weighs In on Money in the Bank: “This One’s for the Women”

While the WWE spotlight turns to the highly anticipated Money in the Bank event, a major name decided to share his opinion, and he doesn’t hide which match excites him the most. Mark Henry, wrestling icon and former world champion, revealed that his attention is not on the men’s match, but rather on the women’s clash, which promises to shake up this year’s event.
The most recent Raw defined the participants of the two ladder matches that will make up the card. Among the selected names, some rising stars drew attention, such as Stephanie Vaquer and El Grande Americano, who secured a spot in the contest. But despite the talent present in both categories, the match between the women seems to have sparked special enthusiasm among fans and also in Henry.
For the veteran, what makes the women’s match so interesting is the high level of competitiveness combined with unpredictability. When commenting on his expectations, he highlighted that several of the participants have real potential to win and that this balance makes the contest even more exciting. A particular highlight was given to Naomi, whose presence, according to him, is usually synonymous with spectacle.

Mark compared the veteran to names like Christian, Shelton Benjamin, and Kofi Kingston, athletes who, even when they don’t win, deliver memorable performances. The expectation, therefore, is high for what Naomi might pull off this time. Still, she is not the only one Henry is betting on. Giulia and Rhea Ripley are also among his favorites to win the coveted briefcase.
On the other hand, he showed skepticism about the chances of some competitors, such as Alexa Bliss and Roxanne Perez, at least at this moment. Even so, he acknowledges the talent of the entire roster and believes this edition could be a turning point for several of these women.
